How is the production of oleoresins?

The production of oleoresins is divided into two main stages: selection of raw materials and extraction.

Selection of raw materials

The quality of oleoresins depends heavily on the quality of the plants from which they are derived and their content in aromatic compounds and dyes. Our employees are trained by our Research and Development laboratory to select raw materials in countries known for their know-how and the quality of their products.
We place at the heart of our processes, compliance with the strictest production standards guaranteeing the traceability of raw materials and compliance with current regulations. We conduct rigorous testing of raw materials to ensure that they are free from contaminants and have the optimal active ingredient content.

The extraction

We extract oleoresins by solvent, grinding them and putting them in contact with a food solvent. The solvent dissolves essential oils and resins which are then separated by evaporation of the solvent.
We guarantee a high concentration of aromatic compounds and dyes while preserving the properties of each raw material to ensure you oleo resins of superior quality.
